Cleaning Professional

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across residential and commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will ensure our clients' spaces are spotless, comfortable, and hygienic. This role has flexibility in scheduling with room to grow in the number of hours offered to an employee. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and detailed grout cleaning when necesary Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously and maintaining communication with company owner Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred Following all training and techniques provided by the company including consistency of cleaning products used across job sites Strong Communication Skills Knowledge of cleaning techniques across surfaces and within residential and commercial cleans, sanitation practices, and laundry handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Experience with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance is a plus Dependable transportation Willingness for a background check to be ran and passed Experience in a 1099 role, including requirements for individual tax preparation, tracking mileage, and reporting to owner of the company Join us as a Cleaning Professional and become part of a vibrant team committed to creating clean, healthy environments! Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
