Cleaning & Property Readiness Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to clean, maintain, and prepare our model homes, rental homes, and office spaces. This is not a typical cleaning job — this role is critical to ensuring our homes are always presented in top condition. ⸻ Responsibilities Weekly cleaning and maintenance of 7-10 model/spec homes Preparing homes for weekend showings and open houses (Friday focus) Cleaning offices and common areas Assisting with rental turnovers (cleaning between tenants) Cleaning for new home settlements and walkthroughs Checking all homes for cleanliness and presentation Noticing and reporting any issues (damage, missing items, etc.) ⸻ What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working across multiple homes in a community setting Prior cleaning experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ⸻ Schedule Details Fridays are required (primary cleaning day before weekend showings) Flexible additional hours during the week as needed -Offices must be cleaned after 5pm

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
