Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to preserve surface quality and appearance Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Execute custodial tasks related to waste removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues that require specialized attention Support industrial cleaning projects when necessary, including cleaning large equipment or specialized areas Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment for yourself and others Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing surfaces Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and residential painting is a plus Prior custodial or porter experience in industrial or facilities maintenance settings preferred Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Embark on a rewarding career dedicated to creating clean, safe spaces that enhance everyday experiences.
