Craft Maintenance Technician Shift:

$28-$35Employment Type:
Full‑Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Craft Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This role requires strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V , including motors, starters, relays, sensors, and control circuits Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled equipment (Allen‑Bradley experience preferred) Install, align, and commission new equipment and machinery as needed Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, chains, belts, bearings, and couplings Support production teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals Document maintenance activities, work orders, and PM completion Follow all plant safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Required Qualifications 3+ years of multi‑craft industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (24V-480V) Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Preventative maintenance experience on production equipment Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Willingness to work overtime or off‑shift as needed Preferred Qualifications PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen‑Bradley / Siemens preferred) VFD and motor control experience Welding or fabrication experience Robotics or automated equipment experience CMMS or computerized work order system experience Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing/industrial environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces Steel‑toe boots and PPE required Benefits Competitive pay and shift premiums Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for advancement and skill developmentPay:
