5:00-8:00 p.m.

End:

1:00-4:00 a.m. (Schedule may change based on your area and team needs.)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support cleaning team members at different job sites Check work to make sure it meets quality standards Train and help team members grow and improve Manage supplies and make sure each site is fully stocked Help cover shifts when needed Handle team concerns in a respectful and fair way Respond to client needs quickly and professionally Use mobile apps to track work and send reports Step in and help clean when needed (floors, detail work, etc.) Keep supply areas clean and organized Follow and show our company values every day

What Success Looks Like:

At least 3 positive reviews each quarter No more than 2 customer complaints Jobs are done on time or faster Team members show up and do quality work
