We have an opportunity for a Project Controls Assistant to support our Industrial team with job setup, purchase orders, billing support, vendor and subcontractor documentation, compliance tracking, and project coordination support. About You:
ORGANIZED
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, open items, and follow-up deadlines.EXPERIENCED
Previous administrative, construction support, project coordination, accounts payable/receivable, or document control experience preferred.TECHNICAL
Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn company systems, Track billing, and other project support tools.A COMMUNICATOR
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and field personnel.DEPENDABLE
Able to follow processes, maintain accurate records, and handle time-sensitive requests with urgency and professionalism.ADAPTABLE
Able to adjust priorities as workload changes and support the team in a fast-paced industrial service and project environment.What You'll Do:
SUPPORT PROJECT CONTROL
Assist the Project Controller with job setup, purchase orders, change order tracking, billing support, cost documentation, and project files.PLAN & PREPARE
Issue and update purchase orders and help maintain accurate job records.ORGANIZE
Create and maintain project folders, estimates, purchase orders, forecasts, and supporting documents.TRACK & FOLLOW UP
Maintain logs and open item lists for vendors, customers, subcontractors, and other required documents.SUPPORT AP / BILLING
Review invoices, address changes as needed and approve items.ASSIST COMPLIANCE
Support reporting, payments and related documentation.CROSS-TRAIN
Learn key project control processes to provide backup support when needed.IMPROVE PROCESS
Help design and maintain forms, spreadsheets, checklists, and simple tracking tools to improve department organization and efficiency.What We Offer:
