Cleaning Technician

Overview Join our dynamic team at A&A's Cleaning LLC as a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician. We are a small Residential and Commercial cleaning company that is rapidly growing. Play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. This position consists of 25 - 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Daytime and evening hours required. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks across various facilities and residential homes. Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are consistently met. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for staff, visitors, and home owners alike. We prioritize using effective non toxic and safe cleaning products to ensure both our clients and employees are working and living in a safe and non toxic environment. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by disinfecting fixtures, cleaning showers , tubs , replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively, following all safety protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure quick resolution and continuous safety standards. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all areas. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory. Reliable with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks efficiently.
