Cleaning Technician

Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces throughout the facility Care for floors by applying appropriate cleaning methods such as buffing or stripping as needed to maintain shine and durability Conduct carpet cleaning using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens effectively Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, offices, and other common areas with attention to detail Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and techniques to promote sustainability and safety Follow established janitorial procedures for waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services within commercial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, extractors, and other janitorial tools safely and effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating pristine environments that inspire confidence and comfort!
