Job Description:

Newhart's Cleaning Service, the #1 rated cleaning service in Franklin County, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is flexible, professional, and dedicated to providing top-quality cleaning services to our clients within Franklin County, Roanoke County, and surrounding areas. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential cleaning services, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing various surfaces. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care and ensure proper maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, professional appearance in accordance with company dress code. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report and address any maintenance or cleaning issues that arise during the job. Complete jobs in a timely manner while meeting company standards for cleanliness and service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping is required Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs). Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Must be comfortable working in client homes and maintaining professionalism at all times. Flexibility in working hours is preferred.

Job Type:

Part-Time/Full-Time Pay:

14-22 per hour depending on experience (Commission Based - 40% )
