We are also offering a sign-on bonus of $1,000 to $2,000 if you qualify. We also pay better than any group practice in the area. You will have the guidance you need for success, plus the freedom to be independent. This is a 1099 position and has a varied earning potential. Duties Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing clinical counseling techniques Deliver individual and crisis intervention sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We prefer if you also do group, couples and family therapy but not required. Utilize motivational interviewing to foster client engagement and facilitate behavior change Manage intake processes, including collecting detailed medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding standards for accurate diagnosis documentation Coordinate case management efforts to connect clients with community resources, home care services, or hospital-based care when necessary Maintain meticulous documentation of client care activities and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations Respond effectively to crisis situations through crisis management techniques, including de-escalation strategies for PTSD care or other acute mental health episodes Experience Valid licensure as a Counselor (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW) Or Active license eligble.(Currently accruing hours.) Proven experience in psychotherapy, child & family counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health settings Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care, PTSD management, individual counseling. Group therapy facilitation is a plus Familiarity with medical records systems, CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and HIPAA compliance standards Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while providing compassionate person-centered care Education Masters Degree in Mental Health/Psychology/Social Work/Marriage & Family As a Licensed Counselor, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $98,671.10 per year
