Cleaning Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Travel to scheduled residential cleaning appointments throughout McHenry County and nearby areas. Perform high-quality cleans using company-approved non-toxic products and methods. Complete standard tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces and tidying rooms. Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, counters, appliances, toilets and tubs. Change bed linens and empty trash as needed. Follow specific client requests and custom cleaning notes when applicable. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when needed. Notify management of low supply levels or client concerns. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respectful demeanor and every job. Handle and acre for cleaning tools and equipment responsibly. Uphold the company's standards for health, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:

Less than 1 year of experience High school degree Reliable Transportation, Smartphone to access schedule, ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform physical tasks such as vacuuming and mopping, commitment to high standards and attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team and professional attitude and appearance.
