Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies. Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are well-maintained and used correctly. Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold environmental standards and promote sustainable practices. Assist with special cleaning projects such as window washing or deep cleaning of designated areas. Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services within commercial or institutional settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and general sanitation procedures. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
