Cleaning Technician

Position Summary We're hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians for multiple locations in Easthampton, Northampton, Amherst and/or Hadley to service professional office and banking facilities after hours. This is a structured, checklist-driven role with consistent weekly assignments, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants stability. What You'll Do Clean commercial spaces including offices, banks, and common areas Trash removal, dusting & disinfecting, vacuuming & mopping Restroom cleaning and interior glass cleaning Follow detailed cleaning checklists at each location Ensure all work is completed before leaving the site Secure the building upon completion Report safety or security concerns How We Operate We run a structured system, not guesswork: Clock in/out on-site (GPS-based) Follow digital checklists Communicate through Connecteam what we're looking for Reliable and shows up every scheduled shift (non-negotiable) Works independently without supervision Detail-oriented Reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Schedule Evening / after-hours work Consistent weekly schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri) Never work a weekend or a holiday Part-time Pay & Benefits $16.50 - $18 per hour (based on experience) Paid travel time between job sites Opportunity for additional hours Growth path into Lead Cleaner roles Company Expectation We're not just cleaners—we're the client's 'silent partner' after hours.
