Job Description

About the Job The Cleanroom Compounding Technician will assist in the compounding activities inside classified areas and remain gowned inside an ISO 8 environment for 6+ hrs. Key Responsibilities High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Responsible for assisting in the set-up of daily activities including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization and set-up, and documenting in batch records and logbooks. Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error/ deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner. Maintain adherence to SOP's, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule. Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork. Ability to receive and maintain an ISO 8 and High Potency Compounding gowning qualification (training will be provided). Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6hrs per shift and be able to twist and lift product material during job shift. Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. A strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting. Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs). Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed. Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training). Quality minded and detail oriented. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
