Cleared Custodian | TS/SCI CI-Poly

Cleared Custodian with TS/SCI Clearance with CI-Poly Springfield, VA Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. The Cleared Custodian supports facility operations by performing routine cleaning and maintenance within secure work environments. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring orderly and safe conditions in accordance with security and facility standards. The Cleared Custodian operates within controlled areas and is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of secure work areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility spaces Restock supplies as needed Follow security guidelines while working in controlled environments Support a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Required Qualifications Clearance:

Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) required

Citizenship:

U.S.

Citizen Required Experience:

Ability to perform routine custodial tasks Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliability Strong attention to cleanliness and facility standards

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions (wiping, sweeping, mopping) Ability to work in restricted or controlled areas as required Preferred Qualifications Prior custodial or facility support experience with basic familiarity of safety procedures Experience working in secure facilities

Overtime :

Overtime is a requirement for this contract and is based on client needs (40-50 hours per week) Compensation & Benefits 1st
