House Cleaner

Position Type:

This role will begin as part-time , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, and business needs. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing Complete routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and window cleaning Utilize custodial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently across various facilities Assist with floor care, including stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing Report maintenance or repair needs (lighting, fixtures, etc.) to management Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning large areas or specialized equipment when required Maintain cleanliness logs and safety records in compliance with company and health standards Qualifications Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or cleaning roles preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and floor care techniques Ability to operate custodial equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers

Bilingual Preferred:

Must be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently Strong attention to detail and time management skills Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment for extended periods Experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting is a plus, but not required Why Join Pristine and Clean ?
