Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process contract-related invoices accurately Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues in a timely manner Support financial reporting and data analysis Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate contract billing Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, billing, or mathematics-related roles High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Professional, reliable, and able to meet deadlines ????
