Client Acquisition Coordinator & Lead Generator

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective businesses. Present and promote company products/services clearly and effectively. Qualify leads, identify decision makers, and generate opportunities for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales activity goals. Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert into clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or B2B sales preferred. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Self-motivated, resilient, and results oriented. Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations positive. Basic computer and CRM skills.
