$25/hour Position Overview We are seeking a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented Client Analyst to support a fast-paced and highly successful Executive Wealth Management office within a prestigious global financial services organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, operational support, and working in a collaborative corporate environment. The Client Analyst will serve as a key point of contact throughout the client onboarding and account management process while supporting a variety of operational and administrative functions. This is a 12-month onsite contract opportunity with potential for permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and track new business opportunities within Salesforce Support client onboarding, data management, and contracting activities Prepare, submit, and monitor new account applications through funding Introduce clients to platform features and provide website overviews Monitor and resolve billing, account, and contract-related issues Schedule client meetings and support counseling quality initiatives Assist during tax season with tax return quality control, estimated payments, and e-filing Prepare documentation for third-party investment accounts and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues Process asset transfers and account service requests including banking services, beneficiary updates, POA documentation, and statement requests Coordinate with internal operational and investment teams on account-related requests Support Special Investments, Private Equity, and Fixed Income processes Maintain accurate client records and support data management updates Initiate and track annual client mailings Conduct client callbacks and knowledge-based authentication procedures Manage positive/negative consent communications and exception tracking Serve as a regional subject matter expert for operational policy and procedure rollouts Request and distribute Morningstar reports for Private Wealth Management teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong client service skills Financial services experience preferred, but not required SIE certification preferred, but not required Preferred Skills Client onboarding and account management experience Administrative or operations support background Experience handling confidential financial documentation Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines efficiently Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Applicant Privacy Disclosure We collect personal information from applicants during the recruiting, pre-offer, and offer process.
