Client Enrollment Representative:

Talk with customers face-to-face in a retail setting and help them find the right Frontier products and services for their needs Break down Frontier's plans, pricing, and promotions in an easy-to-understand way Answer questions about Frontier's services, coverage, and options to give customers confidence Set up new accounts and ensure all customer information is accurate Work toward daily and weekly sales goals set for Client Enrollment Representative with support and training to help you succeed Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company and Frontier in a positive manner Participate in team meetings to build skills in sales, customer service, and leadership What We Are Looking For in a

Comfortable interacting with new people throughout the day in a retail environment Able to explain Frontier's products and services clearly and confidently Motivated to hit sales goals and grow from entry level into a leadership role Positive and professional attitude when handling questions or concerns Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
