We are growing quickly and are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. This is a highly visible role and an important entry point into our organization, with the opportunity to grow as you demonstrate your ability to take on more responsibility. Your Mission Create an environment where every client feels welcomed, understood, and completely at ease, like they are walking into a place that genuinely has their best interest in mind. Responsibilities Serve as a friendly and confident point of contact for client questions and needs. Help clients feel comfortable and at home from the moment they walk in or call. Assist with account servicing including beneficiary updates, withdrawals, and general requests. Answer phones with professionalism and warmth. Prepare, organize, and process paperwork accurately. Sit in on client meetings and guide clients through documents clearly. Coordinate follow-ups and ensure nothing gets missed. Support advisors and operations team with day-to-day client servicing needs. What We Are Looking For Someone who naturally makes people feel comfortable and valued.
