Be the Voice, Energy, and First Impression of a Growing Company United Public Adjusters is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a polished, professional Client Experience & Front Office Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our organization. This is not your typical front desk role. You'll be the first impression and central communication hub of our business: connecting clients, supporting our sales and claims team, and helping drive operational success. Your ability to create a seamless, professional experience while keeping information flowing will directly impact our continued growth. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, texts, and emails Deliver a warm, professional, and confident client experience every time Conduct outbound calls to qualify, nurture, and follow up on sales leads Act as the communication bridge between clients, sales, and internal teams Track, route, and manage inquiries so no opportunity is missed Maintain consistent follow-up to keep conversations and deals moving forward Support sales and marketing by organizing and maintaining lead data Manage and update records in our CRM and other systems Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and confirmations Assist with team initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns What You Bring Experience handling high-volume calls in a professional setting Strong communication skills with a polished and confident presence Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure A team-first attitude with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset What We Offer Health, vision, and benefits package (majority company paid) 401(k) with company matching Paid time off and holidays Paid training and professional development In-office perks (including free meals and snacks) A supportive, growth-focused team environment Ready to Make an Impact?
