CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
From the moment a new customer signs on with Trash Scouts, this role is responsible for making sure their experience with us is seamless, supported, and built to last. You will work alongside our Business Development Team and Field Operations as the connective thread that keeps our clients connected to a world-class experience. Whether onboarding a new client, working through a billing change, or coordinating with our field team to make sure a service is set up correctly
  • your goal is to ensure every client feels taken care of and confident in their service with us. What You'll Do Lead the onboarding of new clients, working alongside our sales team to ensure a smooth and confident transition from sale to service Manage a portfolio of key client accounts as their primary point of contact
  • proactively checking in, addressing questions, and serving as a trusted resource for billing, service adjustments, compliance requirements, and waste and recycling education Collaborate with our field and operations teams to make sure customer expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and refer qualified leads to our sales team Represent Trash Scouts at community events, trade shows, and industry mixers Assist with social media engagement and growth Duties and responsibilities may evolve as Trash Scouts grows•we're looking for someone who embraces that What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 2 years driving experience 2+ years in customer service, account management, client success, or a related role Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience Excellent Communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients and team members Exceptional Organization Skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Ability to resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism Comfortable working across multiple teams in a growing small business where your role will continue to evolve Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus Interest in sustainability, waste management, or environmental services is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required

  • $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Bonus program available for generating new sales leads Monday
  • Friday | 25 hours per week California paid sick leave in accordance with state law Occasional evening or weekend events may be required with advance notice Clear path to grow into a full-time role All offers of employment are contingent on the results of a background check.
