We are looking for a customer-focused team member to join our dynamic customer team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of clients while delivering outstanding service and clear communication throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Manage a portfolio of 60+ clients concurrently in a fast-paced environment Deliver high-quality customer service across a range of client scenarios Manage customer expectations with professionalism and empathy Problem solve and respond to issues in a timely and practical manner Go above and beyond to create positive customer outcomes Communicate difficult news clearly, respectfully and confidently Work within established processes while maintaining a strong customer focus We are ideally seeking candidates with: Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage multiple clients or tasks at once Confidence handling challenging conversations and delivering bad news when required Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach Adaptability, resilience and a high level of energy A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail A social and team-oriented style, with the ability to work well among different personalities Carlisle perks!
