Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred 4+ years of directly related quality inspection experience

What Sets You Apart:

Experience with ESD control, workmanship standards, GD&T, statistics, and process control techniques Experience setting up electronic and/or mechanical test configurations Certifications or experience with

J-STD-001, J-STD-002, IPC

610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-Ray qualification processes may be required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in team environments Strong adaptability and openness to process improvements and change initiatives Commitment to ongoing professional development Interest in leveraging AI and continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality processes
