com/wise-tree-service/) is seeking an experienced client and outreach specialist to enhance their team and perform a variety of customer service and administrative tasks to support the continued success of the company. This role, with a dedicated focus on client engagement, prospect communication, and administrative support for the business owner, will provide the qualified applicant a challenging role that directly impacts the growth of the organization. Applicants must be located locally and able to easily commute to Westcliffe, CO. For qualified applicants, the interview process will include completing the Indeed online application and pre-screening questions, an initial behavioral interview by video (zoom) and then a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Position is eligible for base hourly rate plus incentive compensation.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Under minimal supervision the incumbent is responsible for enhancing prospect and client engagement of the company in support of sales, service, and quality goals. Incumbent is responsible for various client / prospect communication and customer services activities including but not limited to inbound and outbound communication, email communication, scheduling, agreement distribution, meeting confirmation and post service quality calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receive and triage inbound phone and email communication including general inquiries, scheduling changes and confirmations, client requests, and vendor or supplier engagement. Conduct outbound phone and email communications to prospects to conduct service screening and to schedule initial appointment. Conduct outbound meeting confirmation calls and emails in a timely manner to minimize cancellations and maximize quote opportunities. Conduct post service quality calls to obtain customer satisfaction feedback and to request referrals. Proofread and distribute service agreements as directed in a timely manner and perform follow up on the execution of the agreement per established process and workflow. Provide administrative support to management including scheduling, calendar management, drafting correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.
ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Attend staff meetings and capture minutes to include updates, task assignments and action items. Support various marketing initiatives to include cold calling target audiences to raise brand awareness and offer materials and information about company services. Carries out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures. Remains current in profession and industry trends. Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: (1) making suggestions for improvement; (2) learning new skills, procedures and processes. Is available for other duties as required. Is available for overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED. Two (2) years of client engagement or customer service experience in a service industry. Two (2) years of experience of administrative support in a professional environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general correspondence and standard operating procedure manuals.
REASONING ABILITY
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS
Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
Computer skills:
Work and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to performance. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
