23 We are seeking a Client and Patients Billing Coordinator for a key role in client service and patient care. This position serves as a critical liaison between the manufacturing center, patients, and the operations team. The coordinator will advocate for clients and patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed on all levels, and will provide exceptional coordinated care, offering outstanding customer service.

Up to $23/hr Responsibilities Educate patients about donation/disposition options and guide them through the process. Respond to patient calls and emails promptly, resolving all issues by the close of business daily. Manage detailed information related to refunds and process itemized receipts as needed. Address and resolve client and patient concerns, escalating complex issues to the Manager when necessary. Ensure all communication complies with HIPAA requirements and maintain patient confidentiality. Uphold quality standards by adhering to organizational protocols. Update and maintain the Options doc database with accurate, verified information. Manage the distribution and collection of consents through DocuSign. Confirm receipt of required documentation with patients and clients. Monitor and resolve assigned tickets via Help Scout in a timely manner. Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Professional and compassionate communication style with clients, doctors, staff, and patients. Ability to resolve conflicts, build relationships, and work as part of a team. Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards is essential.
Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Candidates pursuing a degree with relevant customer service experience will also be considered.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and GoToMeeting. This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
