Job Description:
Anthros Inc., a boutique human resources outsourcing firm headquartered in Winter Park, Fl., is seeking an individual to fill the role of Office Manager. Anthros provides payroll, worker's compensation, benefits administration, and customized human resources management to clients throughout the country. Our success stems from our focus on relationships and commitment to the well-being of our team members and our client's team members. The Client Relations Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering comprehensive HR support and guidance. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships and assisting with the full spectrum of human resources functions including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and risk management.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and strategic guidance to clients
  • Assist clients with employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure client compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit procedures
  • Advise clients on HR best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate and assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Guide clients in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements to mitigate risk
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee handbooks and company policies
  • Provide training and resources on HR-related topics such as harassment prevention and workplace safety
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to strengthen relationships
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client and employee records
Education/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in a PEO, Human Resources, or multi-client environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
