Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for clients and play a key role in the secure collection and transportation of cannabis samples for laboratory testing. The position involves regular road travel to client locations, strict adherence to state regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and a strong emphasis on professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to client locations; with company vehicle, throughout Missouri to collect cannabis samples for testing. Ensure all sample collections and transfers are completed in compliance with state regulations and internal SOPs. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sample pickups and deliveries. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and address any questions or concerns as needed. Represent the laboratory professionally at all times, promoting our commitment to quality and excellence. Coordinate with laboratory staff to support timely and accurate sample processing.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong customer service skills and a client-first mindset. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow strict SOPs and state regulatory requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in a client relations, logistics, or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with the cannabis industry or regulatory environment is a plus.
