Position Summary:
We are a mission-driven Registered Investment Adviser dedicated to providing personalized financial planning and investment management services to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our team. In this administrative role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on account-related matters. You will directly support clients with opening new accounts, funding and moving money into accounts, handling withdrawal/distribution requests, and responding to inquiries about accessing funds. Your work will ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant operations while delivering exceptional client service. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys direct client interaction, and wants to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a growing RIA firm. Key Responsibilities
    Client Account Onboarding:
    Guide clients through the full account opening process, including gathering required documentation, reviewing for completeness, and coordinating with custodians to establish new accounts.
      Money Movement Processing:
      Accurately process client requests to deposit or transfer funds into accounts and manage outgoing requests for withdrawals, distributions, or disbursements.
        Client Inquiries & Service:
        Proactively and professionally handle client questions regarding account balances, money needs, distributions, and other service requests. Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
          Record Keeping & Compliance:
          Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio systems. Ensure all transactions and documentation meet regulatory standards with meticulous attention to detail.
            Custodian Coordination:
            Work directly with third-party custodians to facilitate transfers, resolve discrepancies, and confirm transaction status.
              Administrative Support:
              Provide general operational and administrative assistance to the advisory team, including preparing client correspondence, updating client information, and supporting ad-hoc projects.
                Client Experience:
                Deliver responsive, courteous, and high-quality service that builds trust and strengthens client relationships. Qualifications & Requirements
                • Exceptional attention to detail - you pride yourself on accuracy and rarely let anything slip through the cracks.
                • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first, professional demeanor.
                • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
                • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
                • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
