Client Representative - Entry Level (Sales)

Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers face-to-face to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service information Assist customers through the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively Promote company offerings through clear communication and active listening Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client experience Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce This position involves face-to-face sales to customers Requirements Strong customer interaction skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information or procedures Positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients solve problems Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required This position provides an entry point into the sales industry, offering opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
