4month contracttohire About the Role Join a fastgrowing, techfirst business insurance provider that's redefining how small businesses get coverage. This is a true inbound customer service role. You'll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance. What You'll Do

• Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on onecall resolution
• Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
• Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
• Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
• Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and followups
• Contribute to a teamfocused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What We're Looking For Required:

• Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
• Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)
• Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
• Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
