Job Description

Client Service Associate / Financial Advisor Administrative Assistant We are seeking a part-time Client Service Associate / Financial Advisor Administrative Assistant to support a client-focused wealth management practice and deliver a high-touch client experience. This role is primarily operational and administrative in nature, supporting advisors with account setup, client service requests, and ongoing custodial and compliance-related tasks within an LPL Financial-affiliated environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys behind-the-scenes work, values accuracy and follow-through, and is looking for flexible, part-time hours in a stable, relationship-driven practice. It would be a great fit for someone currently working full-time in a financial advisor or wealth management office who is interested in transitioning to part-time. Or someone looking to re-enter the workforce, but on a more limited basis. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process new account paperwork, account updates, and maintenance requests through LPL systems Coordinate client onboarding from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted timely Assist clients with online account access setup and basic portal navigation questions Process money movement requests, transfers, distributions, and Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) Manage day-to-day client service requests and coordinate with custodians as needed Maintain accurate and compliant electronic client records Keep CRM records up to date and aligned with custodial information Support routine compliance-related tasks in accordance with firm and LPL guidelines Assist periodically with client appreciation initiatives and light administrative coordination Qualifications 3+ years of administrative or operations experience; financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred Prior experience with LPL Financial or a similar custodial platform is a plus Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Professional, client-first communication style Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office No licensing required (Licensing is a plus, but not required) Position Highlights Established, client-centered wealth management practice Part-time role with meaningful, hands-on responsibilities No sales requirements Collaborative, respectful, family-first work environment Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate: $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience Approximately 25-30 hours per week Preferred schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM 13 Days of PTO to start
