Client Service Representative

Customer Service:

Greeting clients and patients, answering high volume telephone calls, guiding clients to exam rooms.

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing medical records, updating client information.

Financial Transaction:

processing payments.

Hospital Maintenance:
