Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team and elevate client satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee daily client interactions, manage a team of customer service professionals, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster strong relationships, and support the growth of our logistics solutions on a global scale. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the client service team to ensure timely and effective support for all customer inquiries and requests Lead client meetings to understand their needs, provide updates, and negotiate solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty Manage project workflows, ensuring all client-related tasks are completed efficiently and according to deadlines Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes, utilizing analysis skills to identify areas for enhancement Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services based on client needs Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions for ongoing analysis and reporting Skills Proven experience in supervising or managing customer service teams within a logistics or related industry Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases across regions Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities to assess customer needs and develop strategic solutions Skilled in negotiation and sales techniques to foster long-term client relationships Experience in managing complex projects, analyzing data for insights, and implementing process improvements Join us as a Client Service Supervisor and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional logistics solutions worldwide. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
