Job Description
Client Services Associate / Financial Advisor Assistant EFS Advisors | Full-Time | $45,000 - $60,000 EFS Advisors is seeking a Client Services Associate to support a busy financial advisory practice. This role works closely with the lead advisor to ensure clients receive exceptional service while helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with clients. This position plays an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and serving as a key point of contact within the practice. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing materials for client meetings and account reviews Maintaining the advisor's calendar and CRM system Assisting with onboarding new clients and opening new accounts Preparing, sending, and processing client paperwork Following up on account transfers to ensure timely completion Filing and retrieving digital documents, records, and reports Regularly contacting and engaging with clients regarding account needs, paperwork, and follow-up items Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and helping coordinate communication between the advisor and clients Answering and directing incoming calls as needed Providing administrative and operational support to help the practice operate efficiently Qualifications Two-year college degree or higher preferred Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous administrative or office support experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Demonstrates independence in managing tasks once direction is provided, with good judgment in knowing when to ask questions Strong communication and customer service skills Career Growth Opportunity This role is designed for someone interested in building a career in the financial services industry. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, higher end of range for an individual with partial or completed licensingSchedule:
Typical hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00PM Benefits:
