Job Description

Position Summary Champion Packaging & Distribution Inc. is seeking a professional and dependable Client Support Specialist to assist with daily customer communication, order coordination, and administrative support activities. This role supports internal operations by helping ensure accurate processing of client requests, shipment information, and account documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution and operations environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer and client inquiries by phone and email Assist with order processing, shipment updates, and account support Maintain accurate records and documentation Coordinate communication between operations, warehouse, and customer accounts Perform data entry and update internal systems as needed Support daily administrative and operational tasks Monitor order status and assist with issue resolution Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Professional attitude and attention to detail Previous office, administrative, customer support, or logistics experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Paid training Opportunities for advancement Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shift Day shift
