Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic | 7330 Martinsburg Pike Shepherdstown, WV 25443 •up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus•At Rankin Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, we believe great care begins with great clinicians and strong clinical leadership. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our outpatient therapy team. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about developing clinicians, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining a positive and engaging clinic culture. As Clinical Director, you will combine patient care responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight. You will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions while supporting the professional growth and success of your team. This leadership opportunity requires a licensed Physical Therapist.
Your Role:
Provide high quality patient care in an outpatient setting Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Lead day-to-day clinic operations while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing coaching, collaboration, and professional development Assist with provider scheduling, patient experience initiatives, and clinic performance goals Support business development and community outreach efforts to grow clinic relationships and referrals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across the clinic Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state Previous outpatient experience preferred Previous leadership or clinical management experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a collaborative clinical team Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Benefits Why H2 Health?
