The company specializes in non-surgical and surgical cosmetic services across multiple locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Position :

TSC is seeking a talented Clinic Manager with an interest in customer service and clinic operations. The position offers a rewarding opportunity for a driven, collaborative and results-oriented individual to grow with a great organization.

Responsibilities :

Track and monitor clinic-level KPIs and report to regional and corporate leadership on a regular basis Coordinate with clinic staff and finance and accounting to order, receive, track and report inventory Collaborate with leadership teams to implement process improvements and other best practices Participate in front office duties including greeting patients, scheduling, answering phone calls and other administrative duties as needed Build relationships with providers and staff, support your team and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree Three years of customer service experience in beauty, consumer / retail and / or healthcare services with a demonstrated track record of advancement preferred Excellent written and verbal communication and passion for customer service Ability to think critically and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook High energy, positive and professional attitude Compensation is market-competitive and will be based on experience.
