Clinic Nurse Supervisor Status:

Full Time - Non-Exempt Reports to: Clinic Manager __________________________________________________________________________________________ Purpose and Scope of Position The Clinic Nurse Supervisor delivers nursing care to Beartooth Billings Clinic (BBC) patients in the Primary Care Clinic. This role works collaboratively with all members of the clinic healthcare team and requires the ability to apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to all care provided. __________________________________________________________________________________________

Job Requirements Required Qualifications For Nurses:

Current RN license in the State of Montana or current multi-state license with the ability to practice in all compact states Current CPR Certification 3 years of experience in a medical setting related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience ACLS certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Cerner is preferred . Demonstration of progressively more responsible duties and/or previous supervisory experience, preferred Managerial Experience 1-2 years' previous supervisory or managerial experience. Special Requirements Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance. Must be able to interpret data and make sound judgments based on those interpretations. Must focus and make decisions on a patient-centered care framework. Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise. Must be able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules.
