Overview Clinic Supervisor Family Medicine John Deere Road Moline, IL Full-time Benefit Package The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day clinic operations in a medical office practice and monitors the activities of all office operations components to ensure the clinic meets its objectives. The Clinic Supervisor reports directly to Clinic Administrator or Senior Clinic Administrator and advises and seeks consent from the organizations leadership team to coordinate and manage the activities in the clinic. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency Lead, coach, and develop clinical and patient service teams Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on quality care Act as a key liaison between patients, providers, and leadership Ensure a seamless, coordinated care experience for every patient Address concerns, support service recovery, and drive patient satisfaction Lead emergency preparedness and response to maintain a safe environment Elevate the Patient Experience and track key performance metrics to maximize clinic efficiency

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree required; degree in

Business or Health Care Management Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, LPN, or CMA (required) 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, including planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising staff (preferred) License(s)/Certification(s): Basic Life Support (BLS)
