Clinical Audiologist - Lake Forest Hearing Professionals/DUET Brain-Focused, Innovation-Driven Practice $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus | 4-Day Work Week | 3 Clinics We are an innovative growing, science-driven audiology practice with three clinics and a collaborative team of audiologists. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, evidence-based hearing care that leads to strong patient outcomes and lasting clinical relationships. We are seeking a Clinical Audiologist who values thoughtful clinical practice, patient-centered care, and long-term professional growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Why This Role Is Different 4-day work week designed to support work-life balance and sustainable clinical practice Low-volume clinical model (6-10 patients/day) focused on quality care and outcomes Brain-focused hearing care approach integrating hearing and biologic neuroscience Ear to Brain Fitness™ program - our trademarked, structured auditory training system used alongside hearing aid fittings to support adaptation and improve real-world outcomes Tinnitus evaluation and management as a core clinical service 3-clinic, 4-audiologist team with strong collaboration and consistency Stable, long-term practice environment with a focus on retention and professional growth What You'll Do Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations Provide hearing aid fittings and follow-up care Conduct tinnitus evaluations and develop management plans Integrate Ear to Brain Fitness™ into individualized treatment plans Educate patients on hearing, communication, and auditory health Work collaboratively with a clinical team focused on continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits $90,000 - $115,000 base salary + performance bonus 4-day work week (built for sustainability and work-life balance) Health, Dental, 401K Birthday off Wellness package including Massages Continuing education support and training Long-term growth opportunities within the practice Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an audiologist who: Enjoys meaningful patient interaction and clinical depth Values quality over high-volume productivity Is interested in hearing science, auditory processing, and brain-based care Is open to structured innovation and continuous learning Is seeking a long-term clinical home (3-5+ years) rather than a short-term position Important Fit Statement Because we invest significantly in training, onboarding, and clinical development, especially new graduates, we are specifically seeking individuals who are intentionally looking for a stable, long-term role within a consistent clinical environment.
