So you are a 6, but want to work at Carolina Chiropractic Plus, now you are a 10! Already a 10, now you are a 20! What does Carolina Chiropractic Plus do? I am glad you asked! We are in the business of changing and saving lives without drugs and surgery. I bet you didn't think that was a real thing. It is, and we are really freaking good at it! We get people out of pain, help them lose weight, restore their health, and have fun doing it. What else you ask? So glad you're interested! We treat neuropathy, coach on a wellness lifestyle, and other things that we can't tell you about. Top secret stuff. Really, I would be shot if I told you. You will go home at the end of the day sweaty but fulfilled and accomplished! Did your heart just grow 3 sizes. Ours did too! What's in it for you? We are a Monday- Friday shop, no weekends but overtime pay is certainly included if you bust you butt during the week. You will have weekends to yourself. Nights? Nope! We don't do those either. 730am-6pm Monday - Thursday and on Friday we stop at 12 .1 hour for lunch and 1 hour to get caught up. Do you play hard? If you work hard, we believe you should. And it isn't uncommon to grab a teammate and make your way to a local watering hole. Not into that, that's fine we like long walks on the beach too! You will have access to the best technology money can buy! Do you have your own aches and pains? Personal care is encouraged, and we will take care of you and your family for free. If you want to get adjusted every day, Awesome! Because that is one of the best perks of working here. Do you want to go workout at lunch? Because most of us go do that too. It's a lifestyle not a career. You will also have a paycheck. If you have no experience, you will be paid $15ish per hour. If you have experience, we will offer more moolah$$$. After 90 days there will be a review, and if we can't live without you then you become a permanent fixture! Benefits like health insurance, 401K, and paid time off start after 90 days. Experience = Perform orthopedic, neurological, and postural assessments, can take X-rays, use class 4 laser therapy, ultrasound, oxygen therapy and many more. If you don't have these skills, you are not experienced. But don't worry, we are always willing to train people who don't have experience but want to become superstars. We're a pretty easy going office, but we do have a few general rules of thumb… If you're late, talk junk, or are not polite, we will call you out. If you leave an empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom, we will cut you. If you take the last snacks in the breakroom, and don't put more out or let anyone know, we will put laxative in your Starbucks. If you don't show up and try to be better every day, you won't last here. Above all, we want passion. Passion for helping others and not floating the mainstream. Don't be average. Average is boring!
