The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices, integrating our solutions into curricula, and preparing students for licensure and professional practice. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching, product integration, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula + Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs + Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success + Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals + Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes + Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape •

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.

• Licensure:

• Active, unencumbered RN license

• Experience:

• + Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education + Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
• Key Competencies
• + Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills + Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams + Proficiency in educational technology and platforms + Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development + Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions + Self-directed, professional, and committed to integrity + Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities + Embraces change and innovation in education and organizational processes + Focused on creating efficiencies and standardization to enhance client and company outcomes + Willingness and ability to travel to support business objectives + Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred •

• Compensation:

• $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD This role is eligible for Bonus. _Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
