The Bone Marrow Transplant/Leukemia Clinical Coordinator is an experienced Registered Nurse who demonstrates clinical expertise through advance education, knowledge, and skills in area of practice and clinical nursing specialization.
Functions in several dimensions:
practitioner, educator, leader, researcher, and consultant. In collaboration with the leadership team supervises the care of the BMT/Leukemia patient.
Qualifications:
Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required MSN or Master's Degree in a health-related field required BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required Oncology/BMT/Leukemia nursing experience required ACLS preferred National certification preferred The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
