Columbiana County Career & Technical Center (CCCTC) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead and oversee clinical education for our Adult Education healthcare programs. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical experiences, supporting instructional delivery, and ensuring compliance with state board and accreditation standards. The Clinical Coordinator plays a key leadership role by working closely with faculty, clinical partners, and administration to ensure students receive high-quality, hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for success in the healthcare field. Clinical Coordination Develop and maintain partnerships with clinical sites Coordinate clinical schedules, placements, and supervision Serve as liaison between CCCTC and healthcare partners Ensure compliance with Ohio Board of Nursing , accreditation, and facility requirements Track clinical hours, competencies, and student performance Conduct site visits and support clinical learning environments Student & Clinical Oversight Supervise and evaluate student clinical performance Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards Validate clinical competencies and skills Provide real-time coaching and support during clinical experiences Address student concerns and ensure patient safety Instructional Responsibilities Teach in classroom, lab, and clinical settings (CNA, PN, CCMA programs) Evaluate student learning through exams, skills check-offs, and clinical evaluations Provide remediation and academic support Maintain accurate attendance and grading records Support curriculum development and program improvement initiatives Leadership & Administrative Duties Provide guidance and oversight to clinical faculty Support onboarding and mentoring of instructors Maintain compliance documentation and student records Assist with accreditation activities and program reporting Support recruitment, orientation, and student success initiatives
