Compensation 💲 $31.00/hour What You'll Do As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in enhancing Residents' health and quality of life by: Delivering medical nutrition therapy in Supportive Living Ensuring accurate and compliant medical record documentation Staying current with best practices in long-term care nutrition, including: Weight management Pressure injury prevention Tube feeding Dementia care Chronic disease management Upholding Willow Valley's HACCP and food safety standards Supporting and guiding the Culinary Supervisor as needed Utilizing technology to complete daily reporting and communication What You'll Bring Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential Current Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited program 5+ years of experience in senior living or long-term care Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical nutrition best practices Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Schedule & Flexibility Less than 24 hours per week Day shift hours Wednesdays required Flexible scheduling on other weekdays No weekends or holidays! Willow Valley Communities is located in Lancaster, PA Provides medical nutrition therapy for supportive living residents. Co-signs medical record documentation according to state and federal regulations. Provide nutrition and dietetic consultation for Independent Living Residents in coordination with the Center for Vitality, Continuing Care Assessment Team and Resident Nursing.
