Pay:

$25/hour🕒

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week)Shifts between 11:30am-7:30pm or 12:00pm-close , including every other weekend and holiday 📍

Meadow Ridge at Willow Valley Communities925 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA 🔪 What You'll Do As Executive Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Chef and a key driver of daily kitchen excellence : Lead, coach, and inspire a team of kitchen professionals Oversee food production, inventory, ordering, and cost control Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation of all meals Develop and refine menus and recipes in collaboration with leadership Manage staffing schedules while balancing business needs and team wellbeing Support and lead catering events and special dining experiences Maintain strict food safety (HACCP) and sanitation standards Engage directly with residents to ensure satisfaction and address feedback Train Team Members and uphold Willow Valley's high culinary standards 👥 Leadership Responsibilities Supervise a team of 6-15 kitchen team members Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and coaching Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment ✅ What You Bring Associate's degree in Culinary Arts (or related field) 4+ years of culinary experience , including leadership responsibilities Strong background in: Food & labor cost control Menu development & production planning Team leadership and training Experience with P&L accountability or contract dining (preferred) A passion for hospitality, service excellence, and teamwork 💡 Why This Role Matters At Willow Valley Communities, food is more than nourishment—it's a key part of comfort, connection, and quality of life .
