- Main Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management
- + •_Co-own and lead CSO Digital & AI transformation initiatives at function level_•, ensuring alignment with CSO strategy, business priorities, and value realization commitments.

- + Align strategically and operationally
- _CSO's flagship transformation initiatives (e.g., ACT4Patients & eDEV)_

- + •_Continuously challenge and recalibrate the transformation roadmap_•based on business performance data, field feedback, and competitive intelligence + Ensure •_global visibility and governance alignment_•across all internal and external digital innovation initiatives (Clinical Innovation, external forums, partnerships, etc.

- Experience

- _Minimum 8 years_
- of experience in
- _enterprise digital transformation, portfolio leadership, or strategic program governance_
- + Proven track record
- _leading large-scale digital, data, or AI-enabled transformation_
- in complex, regulated environments + Strong experience in
- _BVA modeling, ROI tracking, and benefit realization_
- + Proven ability to
- _influence executive decisions and steer outcomes without direct hierarchical authority_
- + Understanding of clinical development, with
- _enterprise exposure to GCP, ICH-GCP, and operational quality frameworks_
