What You'll DoLead & Inspire Clinical Teams Mentor and support BCBAs, LABAs, RBTs/CBTs, and trainees. Create a positive, collaborative, and accountable clinical culture. Help staff grow through coaching, support, observations, and feedback. Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services. Support Families & Client Success Ensure every client receives individualized, evidence-based care. Collaborate with families to support meaningful treatment goals and progress. Help create positive experiences for clients, caregivers, and staff alike. Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and professionalism. Clinical Observations & Team Development Conduct regular observations of: BCBAs LABAs RBTs/CBTs Supervision and parent training sessions Provide supportive coaching, mentorship, and real-time clinical guidance. Ensure treatment integrity and consistency across all programs. Encourage ongoing learning, professional development, and team collaboration. Auditing & Compliance Oversight Conduct clinical audits to ensure documentation, supervision, and treatment plans meet: BACB standards Washington State ABA regulations Insurance and Medicaid requirements
Monitor:
Session notes Treatment plans Supervision documentation Client files Authorization utilization Billing and compliance practices Help teams stay organized, audit-ready, and successful. Operational & Leadership Collaboration Partner closely with Operations and Administrative Leadership to streamline systems and improve workflows. Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives. Support staff scheduling, caseload management, and clinical operations. Help create systems that support both staff success and exceptional client care. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Active Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential. Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of ABA clinical experience. Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of:
BACB Ethics Code Washington State ABA laws and WAC regulations Clinical supervision requirements Documentation and compliance standards Clinical auditing and quality assurance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points If You Have Multi-site or center-based leadership experience Experience developing policies and clinical systems Experience with audits, credentialing, and payer compliance A passion for mentorship, culture-building, and team engagement Washington State Compliance Responsibilities The Clinical Director will ensure compliance with: Washington State Department of Health regulations

regulations BACB Ethics and supervision standards Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements RBT/CBT and LABA supervision requirements HIPAA and documentation standards This role includes oversight of staff observations, supervision quality, and audit preparedness to ensure clinical excellence across all programs.
